Since 2002 I have worked on 7 different islands in the Maldives in the North Male, Baa, Raa and Ari Atoll. Since November 2012 I spent every winter season with Ocean Dimensions. I like diving on sunken military ships, submarine and aircrafts from WWII. I did that in Japan, Truk Lagoon, Papua New Guinea, Micronesia and Guam. I have also been diving in Seychelles, Sipadan, Komodo, Tanzania, Norway, Oman, Jordan and Burma. You can see I have been diving in many interesting dive spots all around the world but my favorite place are the Maldives.

I went snorkelling for the first time when I was 8 years old and fell in love with being in and under water. Although it was my life’s dream, it took me until 2009 to do my first dive in the ocean. I became a dive professional in 2010. From then onwards I was working as a dive master and since June 2022 as dive instructor in the Baa Atoll. As I am diving here for more than 10 years I am very familiar with all the dive sites in the Biosphere Reserve of the Baa Atoll. I know when the best conditions are, I know where all the little critters are hiding and I know where to find the big fish! I enjoy every breath I take underwater and love to take you along.

I’m from Italy but I’m an atypical Italian: I prefer rice and curry instead of pasta! Originally I am a graphic designer and special make-up artist until I discovered my passion for diving. Since I was a child whenever I could I was off to the sea. The ocean was my first love … after Elvis of course! I have a weakness for sailing and driving boats, and I enjoy being underwater. Underneath the surface the world is extraordinary. I love teaching people how to enjoy and respect it with fun and commitment. Let’s never forget: in the ocean we are guests!

I grew up on Kulhudhufushi, surrounded by water. The ocean has always been my playground. I started surfing when I was about 8 years old and I also like to swim and snorkel. My first employment was as a photographer for a resort where I joined all the snorkeling trips to take pictures of the guests and the marine life. Since I joined Ocean Dimensions, I have the chance to follow my dream to become a divemaster. I have already completed my PADI Open Water Diver and Nitrox certifications. I look forward to taking you on dolphin watching, fishing and sunset cruises as well as snorkel trips.
