Birds eye view

A new perspective

Drone flies above Six Senses Laamu

Scuba Diving Maldives Ocean Dimensions
As of August 2017, Ocean Dimensions are now diving & snorkelling in the Unesco Biosphere Reserve in the Baa Atoll at Kihaa Maldives – the closest resort to Hanifaru Bay. We hope to see you there!

It is not as easy as it looks to fly a drone, it takes hours and hours and some more hours of practise. Speed, wind direction, steady hovering, safe take off and landing, traffic, space and privacy are just some of the tricks and obstacles. Ronny has mastered just that and is an expert drone pilot. He started his own company in the Netherlands, the Drone Heroes and together with his partner and video editor Arlon they came to Six Senses Laamu to take footage of the resort and of course of some watersport activities like surfing and blast rides. It is a new angle and shows you the Maldives from a different perspective. Check out their YouTube site to watch their clip of Six Senses Laamu and more. Drone images and footage are in high demand and so Ronny and Arlon won’t run out of work soon and their job will take them to all corners of the world. Thanks for stopping by at Six Senses Laamu.
