Looking for the treasure

Wild pirates

Pirates of the Maldives

Ocean Dimensions Maldives
As of August 2017, Ocean Dimensions are now diving & snorkelling in the Unesco Biosphere Reserve in the Baa Atoll at Kihaa Maldives – the closest resort to Hanifaru Bay. We hope to see you there!

During the Easter and Christmas school holidays many families with children visit Six Senses Laamu. During this period a multitude of activities for our younger guests are being organised, here I just mention a few… gingerbread house decoration, scavenger hunt, kite flying, cinema under the stars, waterski for juniors, Bubblemaker dives to 2 meters in the lagoon and many many more! Our favourite activity for staff and guests alike is the Pirate Snorkel Treasure Hunt. Weeks ahead we start with the preparation, we make decorations for the pirate boat, the taylor makes clothes for the pirate crew, we make a treasure map, we burry the treasure on a deserted sand bank and these are just the preparations! On the day children and pirates get the pirate tattoos, bandanas, swords, water guns all you need to go out on the ocean to find a treasure. Obviously I can’t give all the secrets away… best you come and join us for our pirate snorkel treasure hunt at Easter!!
